When should you order personalised return gifts?

Personalised gifting runs on a longer clock than most hosts expect. The production stage only begins once the design is approved, so every day spent deciding pushes the dispatch date later.

Work backwards from the event date

Start from the celebration and subtract delivery, quality checks, production, design approval and sampling. For most personalised bulk orders this lands between four and six weeks.

Sampling and approval

Selected bulk-order products can offer a paid sample or a sample consultation. Reviewing the physical product and packaging before committing to a large quantity is the single most useful step in the process.

Build in a buffer

Guest counts change. Order a small surplus so late additions do not require a second production run at a different rate or finish.
