A tag has room for roughly ten words before it stops feeling elegant. That constraint is useful: it forces the message down to gratitude, names and a date.
Weddings
Couple names and the wedding date carry the moment on their own. “With love and gratitude” or “Thank you for celebrating with us” sits comfortably above them.
Baby showers and naming ceremonies
Keep the tone soft and the baby’s name central. “Thank you for showering us with love” works when the name has not yet been announced.
Housewarmings
A house number or the family name reads warmer than a long message. “Thank you for blessing our new home” is enough.
What to leave off
Skip hashtags, long quotations and anything that dates badly. The tag outlives the event, and guests keep the ones that read cleanly.
